Contemporary Neo-Heritage Living
Rooted in Bengal, inspired by Dubai and designed around the client’s journey.
The brief
Two places, one personal story.
An existing RCi client based in Dubai commissioned the living and dining design for his villa at The Pulse Beachfront. The space needed to reflect his Bengali roots while resonating with the life he envisioned in Dubai.
RCi’s response
Heritage, refined through place.
Warm timber, crafted details and classic furniture introduce familiarity. Arches, sand-toned textures, restrained gold accents and ambient lighting bring a subtle Dubai influence without turning the space into a theme.
Mood & material palette
Warm ivory · Desert sand · Deep walnut · Muted terracotta · Antique gold · Natural stone · Handcrafted latticework

Design scope: space planning · interior design · 3D visualisation. On-site execution was not included.
